"Cadets de Gascogne" French bakery
Cadets de Gascogne is the first French bakery in Latvia, which opened in 1999. In the small French patisserie, fresh butter croissants are made every day, which are recognized as the best croissants in Riga. Also real french baguettes are baked every morning. Chocolatine with "cafe au lait" and French newspaper, just like in Paris. The owner of this cafe is Robert Beyeler who is born and grew up in the region of Gascogne in France, and have been living in Latvia for several years.
