Located in Pinki, the bakery 'Cadets the Gascogne' produces a wide range of
pastries, breads and appetizers. The staff, trained by a french
master, performs french recipes with fresh yeast and local ingredients, using
only latvian butter. We bake early in the morning, and again during the afternoon. Whatever time you come or order, you can be assured of enjoying fresh baked products. Our shop is open 7 days a week:
